Refund & Return Policy
All sales are final, and returns are not accepted, only alterations to existing products, however this is subject to an additional charge for material and labor.
Lead Time
Most units are subject to a 1 week turnaround time. Larger units can have longer lead times. Follow up emails will be provided to advise of current production lead time.
Shipping & Delivery
Units are required to be picked up at our NJ Facility. Shipping can be accommodated at the buyers expense. Due to the size and weight of the products, please reach out for shipping charges prior to placing an order.
